Job Exploration Counseling
Job Exploration Counseling is a one-on-one service that helps students gain information about different careers and personal career interests. It is individualized and may include activities such as researching in-demand jobs, learning about wages and career pathways, and setting up worksite tours.
Workplace Readiness Training
Workplace Readiness Training prepares students with social and interpersonal skills needed in any employment setting. It is individualized to match the student's specific training needs and may include training in technology literacy, developing transportation plans, job-seeking skills, and strengthening communication and interpersonal skills.
Student Services Paid Work Experience
Paid Work Experience provides students with disabilities the opportunity to explore competitive work experiences in different settings to build foundational employment skills, gain confidence, and explore job opportunities.
