Welcome: Respect in the Workplace & Preventing Harassment

Welcome to the California Sexual Harassment Prevention Training (SHPT). This training is crucial for fostering a safe and respectful workplace and is required by state law. Thank you for taking this important step.

IMPORTANT:

1.      Please select the 1-hour Non-Supervisory Employee Training.

2.     Please read this carefully—it is the single most important instruction for completing your training:

  • You must follow the final on-screen instructions to download and save your official Certificate of Completion immediately upon finishing the course.

  • One-Time Access Warning: For security and tracking purposes, your certificate is generated only once at the moment you complete the course. If you close this window or navigate away, you will not be able to return to this page to download your certificate again.

  • Action: Look for the "Save," or "Print" button/link at the end of the training and click it. You may also take a screenshot of the certificate. Save the file (we recommend saving it to your desktop), and ensure you keep a copy for your records and for your employer.

    • Please email your saved certificate to your Career Coach in order to receive full credit.
